TransformTurns something into something else: shorter, bigger, another colour.
Point, don't describe
Fix one sentence twice. Once by describing it, once by pointing at it.
One sentence is clunky.
It's 7:40 and nobody has shoes on yet. Outside, the patio is wet, but the rain seems to be done. By the front door, the umbrella starts to glow slowly. The information is shown in the location where the decision regarding the umbrella is being made by me. I grab it, and we finally leave.

Where people already do this
- Moonjar. Instead of a chat beside the work, you click on part of a generated product screenshot and ask for changes right there.
- Misty. Drag part of one interface design onto another to show which qualities you want carried across.
- Textoshop. Text can be edited with drawing-software tools: a tone brush, a smudge tool, layers, and boolean operations to merge passages.
- Code Shaping. Programmers can sketch arrows and rough charts directly on top of their code, and the AI turns the sketch into code changes.
- DirectGPT. Selecting the object you mean, instead of describing where it is, makes edits to text, code and images faster and needs shorter prompts.
- Circle to Search. Circling, highlighting or tapping something on screen is the whole question, without leaving the app.
- Clean Up. Tapping or brushing over an object removes it from a photo, and the AI can highlight things you might want gone.
- PromptPaint. Prompts can be mixed like paint and applied to different parts of a canvas, the way you layer colors.
- Patchview. Generated story elements are pulled toward concepts like magnets, and you correct the AI by dragging things where they belong.
- Best Take. In a group photo you tap each face and pick the expression you like, and the AI merges your choices.
An inspirational bit is a small, working thing that lets you feel one property of a technology instead of reading about it (Sundström et al. 2011, Klint 2018). More about the method
There’s no real AI here yet. The replies follow simple rules, so the only thing that changes is how you interact.
